Problem Note 70473: Multiple activations of lookups in SAS® Intelligent Decisioning might result in an error

In SAS Intelligent Decisioning, activating a lookup multiple times in quick succession might result in error messages.

For example, you encounter this issue if you complete steps similar to the following:

  1. Click the Activate button. A dialog box opens.
  2. Select YES in the dialog box. This action results in normal operation.
  3. Click Activate a second time quickly after the first click.The following error message might occur:
    If-Match Error

    Note: The blue box in the user interface indicates that the activation is in progress.
     
  4. Click Activate a third time. The following error message might occur:
    2 lookups activated

    Note: The blue box in the user interface indicates that the activation is in progress.

This scenario can also occur if multiple users are attempting to activate the same lookup at the same time.
