Problem Note 70472: Credentials in SAS® Federation Server Manager are not encrypted

This hot fix fixes a usage of encoded passwords that are used in scheduled cache updates.
After applying the hot fix, you must delete and re-create any scheduled jobs in SAS Federation Server Manager.
