Problem Note 70455: SAS® Operational Qualification Tool returns the "java.nio.charsets.MalformedInputException" error when input contains characters from other languages
When you run the SAS Operational Qualification Tool, an error similar to the following can occur if the output directory contains characters from other languages, such as C:¥temp¥:
