Problem Note 70402: A SAS/CONNECT® sign on fails to a Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9 OpenSSL 3 FIPS machine

When attempting a SAS/CONNECT sign on to a remote host that runs Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 9.x with OpenSSL 3 and FIPS encryption, the sign on fails.
There is no workaround for this issue.
