Problem Note 70379: SAS® Mobile Investigator with SAS® Intelligence and Investigation Management fails with an HTTP 400 error

The IIM microservice expects an If-None-Match HTTP header. However, some products remove the header if it is empty. As a result, an HTTP 400 error occurs.

With this hot fix, the IIM microservice is updated to make the If-None-Match HTTP header optional.
