Problem Note 70353: The MIPCodeGeneration log download is blocked at Azure Application Gateway v2 due to unexpected encoding with the logical separator

When you check the SAS® Model Implementation web application URI, an HTTP code 400 response occurs at the Microsoft Azure Application Gateway v2 level:
https://<hostname>:<port>/SASModelImplementationPlatform/rest/runInstances/102/results/logs%09MIPCodeGeneration.log
This issue is caused by a backend SAS® Web Application Server or a SAS Web Application issue. The %09 in the URI is not an expected encoding, because it indicates tab spacing. If the file name requires a space, then %20 should be encoded, not %09, as a response from the backend to the client. The load balancer does not check the URL format, so this issue does not occur with a load balancer.
