Problem Note 70301: BINARY_DOUBLE Oracle columns might be read into SAS® or inserted into Oracle with a poor rounding of the value
With SAS/ACCESS® Interface to Oracle, values might be different from the input value when you access Oracle 12c or later and when one of the following is true:
- You read a table that contains a BINARY_DOUBLE column into SAS.
- You create a new Oracle table without specifying the data type to something other than a BINARY_DOUBLE.
- You load into an existing table that contains a column defined as a BINARY_DOUBLE.
There is no workaround for this issue.
