Problem Note 70288: Filtering a table that opens in SAS® Studio incorrectly returns empty results when you set the compute server to an encoding that is not UTF-8

A table in SAS Studio might return empty results when you complete steps similar to the following:
- Configure the SAS compute server to run in an encoding other than UTF-8.
- Create data that contains characters that require conversion between encodings.
- Then, attempt to build a WHERE clause in SAS Studio that is based on those characters.
