Problem Note 70281: An OLAP cube with double-byte characters truncates data when creating a slice

If an OLAP cube contains double-byte characters, the data might be truncated when creating a slice within SAS® Enterprise Guide®. This issue occurs when you do both of the following:

  • define the workspace server to use UTF-8 configuration
  • create a slice using the Rows, columns, and measures as separate data columns slice type
