Problem Note 70276: The PHREG procedure reports incorrect hazard ratios and confidence limits for certain models when you specify a UNITS=(value-list) option
PROC PHREG generates incorrect hazard ratios and confidence limits under the following conditions:
- The model includes a quadratic or higher-order continuous effect.
- You specify a list of values in the UNITS= option in the HAZARDRATIO statement.
The HazardRatios table and corresponding ODS OUTPUT data set contain incorrect values
