When you fully re-index a relationship, the re-index can fail if the following are true:

• A relationship (A) uses the shared relationship index (document__link in Elasticsearch) and does not have a dedicated index.
• There is another relationship (B) that uses a dedicated index.
• You launch an Indexing job that targets A.
• B is undergoing some other operation (deletion/recreation/...) at the time, which makes that index unavailable.

The workaround is to attempt a re-index.
