Problem Note 70152: SAS® Risk Governance Framework incorrectly scrolls through the entire screen when you attempt to scroll through a linked business object table

When a table of linked business objects contains many linked objects, SAS Risk Governance Framework displays a scroll bar in the table to enable you to scroll through the objects. When you use your mouse wheel to scroll through the table, the web application might incorrectly start scrolling through the entire screen after it reaches the end of the table entries.
