You might encounter an issue in which the file list under the Files tab is empty as shown here:

This issue occurs when you perform steps similar to the following:

1. Import a model repository project from a source environment to a target environment.
2. Use SAS^® Model Manager in the target environment to open previous versions of an imported model.

There is no workaround for this issue.
