When attempting to onboard a tenant in a SAS Viya 3.5 environment, you might encounter an issue where the modelRepository service remains in the onboarding state indefinitely rather than moving to the onboarded state, as shown in the following image:

While in the onboarding state, the modelRepository service and the applications that rely on it (for example, SAS^® Model Manager and SAS^® Visual Data Mining and Machine Learning) will be unavailable.
