New variables that you add to an existing program within a SAS Studio 3.x process flow do not show up in the query. In order to view the new variables in SAS^® Studio 3.8 or SAS^® Studio 3.81, complete the following steps:

1. Close the process flow. 
2. Reopen the process flow.
3. Resubmit the process flow.

Any new variables will automatically be added.
