Problem Note 70087: Trying to access a BigQuery table or MongoDB document might result in an "UNABLE TO ACCESS MESSAGE" error

When you try to access Google BigQuery or MongoDB in SAS® 9.4M8 (TS1M8), an error similar to the following might appear rather than a description of the actual issue that occurred:

ERROR: ERROR: UNABLE TO ACCESS MESSAGE 1090.49
ERROR: Critical YP Subsystem error opening message library.

There is no workaround for this issue.
