Problem Note 70084: Trying to access a MongoDB database might result in poor performance and a session that appears to have stopped responding

Accessing a MongoDB database might take a long time, which makes it appear as if the system has stopped responding. This issue occurs when at least one of the documents contains many arrays. Each element of the array becomes a separate variable in the flat table, which can result in a table that contains millions of columns.
