Problem Note 70077: Cloning a Git repository over HTTPS through proxy fails with an error

If you attempt to clone a Git repository over HTTPS with HTTP proxy that is used in between SAS® Studio and the remote Git repository, one of the following errors occurs:

ERROR: Return code from GIT is (2). failed to connect to dev.azure.com: Network is unreachable

or

ERROR: Return code from GIT is (2). failed to connect to github.com: Connection timed out

After applying the hot fix, make sure that the HTTP proxy is configured with the https_proxy (case sensitive) environment variable in the /opt/sas/spre/home/SASFoundation/bin/sasenv_local file.
