Problem Note 70030: Setting a rule to prevent publishing decisions might not work properly

In SAS® Environment Manager, when you configure access to these endpoints to prohibit a user or group from publishing a decision for the following endpoints, it might not work properly:
- /scoreDefinitions/definitions/**
- /modelPublish/models/
In this scenario, SAS® Intelligent Decisioning appears to stop responding when the prohibited user attempts to publish a decision.
