Problem Note 70008: SAS® Anti-Money Laundering alert pages do not display related inquiries information on the "Related Items" tab
When you disposition an alert using the Create Inquiry disposition on the Following Alert pages, the Related Items tab for Inquiry shows 0 records:
- TM Alert Detail for External-Party Account
- TM Alert Detail for Customer
- TM Alert Detail for Associate
- TM Alert Detail
- Watchlist Alert Detail
To circumvent the issue, modify the page configuration for the Related Items tab to include the To Customer-Alert Inquiry, To Associate Inquiry, and To External-Party Account Inquiry using the following steps:
- Go to SAS® Visual Investigator - Manage Investigate and Search interface.
- Go to Pages ► Desktop Page Templates.
- Open the page template.
- In the Page Properties, click the Related Items tab
- Select the Related Objects control.
- In the Related Objects control, click the Select Traversals button.
- Ensure that To Customer-Alert Inquiry is selected. (Note: For the other affected alerts pages, specify To Associate Inquiry or To External-Party Account Inquiry).
- Save the page.
