Problem Note 70907: Using a LIBNAME statement with the OLE DB engine and any of the SAS data providers fails with an "Unable to GetProperty" error

Using a LIBNAME statement with the OLE DB engine and any of the SAS data providers (SAS® Local, SAS® IOM, SAS/SHARE®, and SAS® OLAP) fails with the following Unable to get GetPRoperty error:
LIBNAME X OLEDB init_string="Provider=sas.ShareProvider.1;Data Source=sasuser;Location=<hostname>' preserver_tab_name=yes;
ERROR: Error trying to establish connection: Unable to get GetProperty.
ERROR: Error in the LIBNAME statement.
Here is an example with the SAS/SHARE data provider and the error:
LIBNAME X OLEDB init_string="Provider=sas.ShareProvider.1;DataSource=sasuser;Location=<hostname>'
preserver_tab_name=yes;
ERROR: Error trying to establish connection: Unable to get GetProperty.
ERROR: Error in the LIBNAME statement.
preserver_tab_name=yes;
