When working with alerts, one feature is to dispose of them to a different queue. Disposing to a different queue is done because it is typical for specific groups of users to handle what is in their own queue.

If the user disposes to a queue within a different strategy, and they are not in a group that has access to that strategy, the alert disappears from the queue that it is in. When this issue occurs, the alert is not displayed in the queue that it is disposed to until the alert auto check-in time has expired.
