The object spawner might stop responding when you submit multiple workspace server requests simultaneously.
The issue occurs only in SAS Grid Manager for Platform environments where workspace servers are configured to be launched by Grid.

This issue occurs when the workspace servers are configured to be launched by Grid. It causes the object spawner to stop responding. You have to restart the object spawner.
