Problem Note 70760: Selecting a list of users could result in slow processing or process hanging
Some pages contain a user chooser component, which results in a list of users for selection. The list of users that are gathered is much larger than it needs to be, which could lead to process hanging. Instead of gathering all users, the number should be reasonable (such as 100 at a time).
