Problem Note 70500: Saving is not functional when you attempt to create a new folder in SAS® Studio 3.82

After you install Hot Fix M3T003, a problem might occur in SAS Studio 3.82. From the Server Files and Folders pane, when you right-click New Folder, a dialog box is created, but the save is not functional.
Clearing the browser cache and cookies might eliminate the problem for a short period of time.
