Problem Note 70106: SAS® Credit Scoring 6.4 does not start after you install SAS® 9.4M8 (TS1M8)

After you install SAS 9.4M8, SAS Credit Scoring does not start. As a result, the following error occurs in SASServer8_1:
Error creating bean with name 'sessionFactory' defined in URL [jar:file:/E:/SAS/SASHome/SASVersionedJarRepository/eclipse/plugins/sas.solutions.dabt_604000.1.0.20230118190000_d4dabt64/sas.solutions.dabt.jar!/resources/connection-config.xml]: Invocation of init method failed; nested exception is org.hibernate.boot.InvalidMappingException: Could not parse mapping document: null (INPUT_STREAM)
