Problem Note 70072: The error “CLI column bind error…” might occur when you query a DB2 table that contains a TIMESTAMP(12) while using SAS/ACCESS® Interface to ODBC

When you query a DB2 table that contains a TIMESTAMP(12) data type column and use SAS/ACCESS Interface to ODBC, the following error might occur:
ERROR: CLI column bind error: [Microsoft] [ODBC Driver Manager] Program type out of range
