Problem Note 7605: "SAS/ACCESS Interface to Oracle cannot be loaded" using SAS 9 on Windows
When using SAS 9 of the SAS/ACCESS Interface to Oracle on Windows and
attempting to connect to an Oracle database, the following errors may be
generated:
ERROR: The SAS/ACCESS Interface to ORACLE cannot be loaded.
ERROR: Image SASORA found but not loadable.
ERROR: Error in the LIBNAME statement.
This may be caused by the version of the Oracle Client installed on the
Windows machine. With SAS 9, the minimum requirement is Oracle Sql*Net
Client Version 8.1.7.
