Usage Note 7561: Unexpected Browser behavior in Human Capital Management Release 3.0
Within SAS Human Capital Management Software (formerly HR Vision), you
may see some unexpected browser behavior if you are concurrently
utilizing several browser windows. For example,
1. Log in to SAS Human Capital Management Software (HCM) with a new
browser. This browser now has a window name of HRVMAIN.
2. Bring up another new browser and log in as the same user, forcing
off the user of the first session. Now you have two browsers with
the window name of HRVMAIN.
3. You may utilize the first browser by going to the company's home
page but it will still have the window name of HRVMAIN.
4. In the first browser, bring up the properties of a private table,
change something and click on OK. This will save that properties
page and then go to refresh the main explorer window named HRVMAIN.
It may use the first occurrence of HRVMAIN that is still open (this
would be the first browser session). When it refreshes that browser
to the explorer screen, it may throw up the login screen since that
session is no longer logged in.
