Problem Note 69984: Saving an edited item results in a "Forbidden Status: 403" error being returned in SAS® Intelligence and Investigation Management

When saving an edited item, you might receive an error message similar to the following:

Forbidden

Request URL <URL>

Status: 403

This issue can occur when your browser cache retains information from a previous session.

A workaround for this issue is to log off, clear your browser cache, and then log on and edit your item again.
