No rows are inserted into a Teradata table when you use SAS/ACCESS^® Interface to Teradata with MultiLoad or FastLoad together with the Teradata Parallel Transporter.

This issue occurs when the Teradata table contains a DATE type column.

As a result, the following message is written to the SAS log:
