Problem Note 69938: Viewing a grid with many items results in the error "A System internal error has occurred..." in SAS® Visual Investigator

When the contents of a grid are determined, validating access to the information results in many query parameters. If the grid content is more than approximately 400-500 rows, you might receive an error dialog box with the following message:
A system internal error occurred. Please contact support team with details.
