Problem Note 69934: An entity scorecard fails to be saved and returns "ERROR: Function failed..." in the CAS log in SAS® Visual Investigator
One feature of alert management regards the scorecard for an entity. Its details help determine whether an alert is necessary for that entity.
You might encounter an issue in which a scorecard might not be saved when you save it.
In the CAS log, an error similar to the following occurs in this scenario:
2023-03-07 13:56:25.208 ERROR 801104 — [ SASExecutor295] com.sas.svi.commons.cas.CASSession : sas.svi-scorecard CAS: save: ERROR: Function failed.
