Problem Note 69922: Using SAS/ACCESS® Interface to SAP IQ with the DBCLIENT_MAX_BYTES option might cause a segmentation violation error
A segmentation violation (SEGV) error might occur when you use SAS/ACCESS Interface to SAP IQ with a LIBNAME statement.
Adding the LIBNAME DBCLIENT_MAX_BYTES option to specify the maximum number of bytes per single character in the database might cause a buffer overrun if an error occurs during a statement execution.
This issue occurs when you use the DATEPART function and with large joins, but the error might not be limited to those statements.
