Problem Note 69787: The sas-viya-data-mining-default service has a "Not ready" state and is unable to start after updating a SAS® Viya® 3.5 deployment

When you update the rpm to sas-data-mining-39.1.41-20221101.1667339235502.x86_64, the sas-viya-data-mining-default service has a Not ready state and is unable to start. In this scenario, the sas-data-mining_*.log shows the following error:
