When you paste text into a rich-text control, the text that you pasted is missing and has not been saved after you save the entity. This issue occurs when you complete steps similar to the following:

1. Paste text into a rich-text control.
2. Do not change or update any other text in the rich text control; paste only new text.
3. Save the entity.

To work around this problem, if you paste new text into a rich-text control, also make a minor edit (add a space for example) to ensure that the new text is saved.
