Problem Note 69740: The error "Topic name already exists..." might occur in the interactive window for the Topics node when you split a topic or merge two topics

The following error message might appear in the interactive window for a Topics node when you split a topic or merge two topics:

Topic name already exists in the topic table. Enter a unique name.
