Problem Note 69732: SAS® Event Stream Processing metering server summary requests fail with a 500 error

The following requests to the SAS Event Stream Processing metering server fail with a 500 error:
- /eventStreamProcessing/v1/meterYearlySummary
- /eventStreamProcessing/v1/meterMonthlySummary
As a result, the metering log shows an error similar to the following for each request:
