Problem Note 69652: The SAS® Cloud Analytic Services (CAS) server crashes with the error “ERROR: The system has encountered an unhandled Exception...”

The CAS server crashes when you access CAS sessions with your browser cookies cleared.
This issue can occur when you access SAS® Environment Manager or when you run a curl command with a zero-length cookie such as the following:
curl -H "Cookie;" -X GET http://<CAS HOST>:56376/cas/sessions
