When you change a data source inside of a SAS Visual Analytics report, the action might fail in slower environments. In this scenario, the following pop-up message is displayed:

When the change data source action occurs, the new data source is queried and times out after five seconds. In most cases, this amount of time is sufficient. But, in some cases, this time-out might be too short and the change data source action fails before the query for the new data source completes.
