Problem Note 69555: Printing to PDF in SAS® Visual Investigator results in the error "Server Error - Forbidden..."
By design, you can configure a page in SAS Visual Investigator so that its contents print to a PDF file. The first time that you print to a PDF file after logging into the application, the following pop-up error might occur, which notes a path to the item that you are printing:
Server error – Forbidden
To work around this issue, try printing to PDF again.
