Problem Note 69527: The SASĀ® Visual Investigator Datahub service returns incorrect dates when the JVM Time Zone is a UTC 9+ hour offset
In SAS Visual Investigator 10.8, the Datahub service no longer sets the Java Virtual Machine (JVM) time zone to UTC at start-up. This behavior allows the time-stamp entries in the svi-datahub log to match other service logs when researching application issues.
The previous behavior of changing the JVM time zone to UTC displays incorrect dates for local time zones with a 9+ hour offset.
