Problem Note 69408: The error "[ACCESS_TOKEN_FAILURE] Could not obtain access token" occurs when you try to list SAS® Viya® 3.5 CASLIBs from SAS® Environment Manager

After updating SAS Viya 3.5 with new web components, you cannot see the CASLIBs list from SAS Environment Manager. Instead, the following error occurs:

[ACCESS_TOKEN_FAILURE] Could not obtain access token error.

You can also encounter the error from other applications such as SAS® Lineage.

In this scenario, logs also show the following error:

Possible CSRF detected - state parameter was required but no state could be found
