Problem Note 69406: The "Run As" capability feature in the SAS® Viya® Job Scheduler is available for users outside of the SAS Administrators custom group

SAS Viya users who are not members of the SAS Administrative group might need the authority to use the Run As feature of the SAS Job Flow Scheduler. This feature allows an authorization rule to be configured so that the assigned principal is able to use the Run As feature when scheduling jobs and flows.
This hot fix enables you to take advantage of the new expanded access to the Run As functionality for SAS Job Flow Scheduler.
