SAS Viya users who are not members of the SAS Administrative group might need the authority to use the Run As feature of the SAS Job Flow Scheduler. This feature allows an authorization rule to be configured so that the assigned principal is able to use the Run As feature when scheduling jobs and flows.

This hot fix enables you to take advantage of the new expanded access to the Run As functionality for SAS Job Flow Scheduler.

On the Scheduling tab of the Jobs and Flows pane in SAS® Environment Manager, users not in the SAS Administrators group can be enabled to schedule jobs and flows as another user via the "Run As" feature.
