Problem Note 69404: You can upload only into the root folder that is defined by the SFTP server when you run the FILENAME SFTP statement on Microsoft Windows

When running the FILENAME SFTP statement on Windows, you can upload only into the root folder that is defined by the SFTP server. For example, you encounter this issue if you run the following code using SAS® 9.4M7 (TS1M7) on the Windows platform:

In this scenario, the class.sas7bdat file is copied to the /home/userid folder instead of the /data/sas folder, which is the root folder for the userid that is defined by the SFTP server.
The only workaround is to manually move the file into the proper folder after you run the statement.
