Problem Note 69371: The SAS® Event Stream Processing metering server continually returns the error "org.h2.jdbc.JdbcSQLSyntaxErrorException" until it fills up the log

The SAS Event Stream Processing metering server returns the following error:

org.h2.jdbc.JdbcSQLSyntaxErrorException: Table "EVENT_COUNTS" not found

The log of the metering server can fill up with these errors, which consumes disk space in the /opt/sas file system.
