Problem Note 69339: Adjusting a browser's zoom setting might cause pages not render correctly in SAS® Viya® applications
You might encounter issues with pages rendering properly in SAS Visual Analytics. For example, you might encounter this issue if you complete steps similar to the following:
- Open SAS® Drive – Share and Collaborate.
- Switch to SAS Visual Analytics to create a report.
- In SAS Visual Analytics, open a report and use the browser’s zoom to increase the size of the page. For example, set it to 125%.
- Once your report is modified and saved, return to SAS Drive – Share and Collaborate application by using the application menu. However, do not reset the browser’s zoom to 100%, but leave it as it is.
- SAS Drive opens but the page does not load most of the objects. Instead, only a part of the page is displayed, as shown below:
A workaround is to refresh the page or reset the browser’s zoom to 100%.
