Problem Note 69307: An alert is generated when a score is less than the scorecard threshold in SAS® Visual Investigator

A scenario flow can contain a scorecard that keeps track of values that are established by the scenarios in the flow. By design, when the total scorecard value reaches a configured threshold, an alert is generated. An alert is being incorrectly generated when the scorecard value is less than the configured threshold.
