Problem Note 69290: The SAS® Anti-Money Laundering SARX form is updated to align with the latest FinCEN changes
The following updates have been made to the SARX form to align with the FinCEN SAR XML Schema User Guide (version 1.6 | August 2021):
- Increased the OccupationBusinessText character limit from 30 to 50.
- Added ErrorCode F60 (replaces A17) – “The namespace prefix for the element is invalid.”
EFL_SARBatchSchema.xsd is also updated with the following changes:
- Changed the maximum character limit for the OccupationBusinessText element from 30 (RestrictString30) to 50 (RestrictString50).
- Added a new restriction type for the IndividualBirthDatText element: DateYYYYMMDDOrBlankTypeDOB, which now allows "00" to be accepted for the month and/or day portion of a date of birth when the month and/or day of birth is unknown but the year is known.
