The AdmissionConfessionYesIndicator or AdmissionConfessionNoIndicator XML element for item 20 Corroborative statement to filer is included in the SAS Anti-Money Laundering generated Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) XML file even when the subject is an entity.

Here are some examples:

<AdmissionConfessionYesIndicator>Y</AdmissionConfessionYesIndicator>
<AdmissionConfessionNoIndicator>Y</AdmissionConfessionNoIndicator>

According to the FinCEN Suspicious Activity Report (FinCEN SAR) Electronic Filing Instructions document, this element should not be recorded if the subject is an entity.
